Food Discovery Center


Comprising 16,407 square feet, the Food Discovery Center will include two fully equipped test kitchens and three chef stations to accommodate multiple clients at once; a lecture-hall-style instructional space for classes, conferences, and demonstrations; more than 5,600 square feet of office space; and a 3,500-square- foot customized production facility – including a fusion-tech oven, blast freezer, dry storage, and walk-in coolers/freezers – to support limited production of test products and cooking-technique innovations.
